Payment terms
Upon signing the Scope of Work document, 50% of the total fee should be paid at the start of the production, 50% payment at the end of the production, paid within 30 days. Any fees associated with third-party vendors will be paid directly to them by the client. VAT tax of 21% is added to all the costs.
Out of scope requests and project changes
If you request out-of-scope deliverables or a change that affects the timing, cost or deliverables outlined in this document, you will have to complete a Change Order form. We use the information in the form This information is used to track the budget and schedule described in this Project Authorisation. If your request cannot be delivered within the budget and schedule of this agreement, you will be informed as soon as possible after receiving your request. I may request additional fees for out-of-scope requests and project changes. I will do everything I can to minimise these costs. However, if we incur significant expenses, such as production services or supplies, at your request, then I may request that you pay the vendor(s) directly.
Cancellation
In the event of a project cancellation, for convenience, at any time, you will be liable for the full fees for any completed and commenced work phases.
Additionally, in the event of a project cancellation, you will be liable for any committed and non-cancellable third party, out of pocket or other out of scope costs.

Additional fees and expenses
All expenses associated with the production, acquisition and licensing of photography, and the web-related, hosting, software for any final deliverables will be an additional cost and scope in a separate proposal. They will be presented for your approval before any production.

Out of scope fees and expenses
Print or video production, animation, retouching or preparations of out-of-scope electronic presentations are not included in our fee. Any deliverables requiring these services must be pre-approved by you and will be produced using our standard hourly rates.
Out of pocket expenses
Out-of-pocket expenses include business travel, lodging, delivery, telephone, and non-vented supplies and services. These will be billed without a handling fee.
