There is an intentional or at least instinct-driven motivation throughout my career: Setting up and guiding new brands, regardless of the business size, to break into the market and thrive.

I give clarity and structure. Introducing a completely new brand (lifestyle, not sport) through consumer events, promotional ads, PR and retail.

Events are a great opportunity to not only connect directly with the target consumers, but also a perfect chance to offer them direct interaction with the product. It provides immediate feedback and a chance to collect contact information for the promotion of future campaigns.

Behind every event is an organized CRM strategy to grow brand loyalty.

adidas Originals digital campaigns

Entrepreneurial and diverse approach to creating unique digital experiences and elevating the online presence of the brand through global initiatives, influencers and creatives.

Digital channels hold the responsibility to keep the consistency between advertising, retail set ups and digital.

Ex: first Facebook page setup, first fully online global competition and first local large-scale consumer activation.

Re-establishing Reebok in a market to develop a completely new brand identity and tone of voice.

Set up of a network of creative agencies and freelancers for development of creative and niche content (video, photography, print, graphic design, animation, events).

Key responsibility to manage remote teams and all communication initiatives (ATL and BTL), in various countries and languages.

Newcomer and a trailblazer in an established market.

New performance fabric with a b2b transaction, but with a b2c marketing approach towards the sports, fashion and luxury brands.

Within the first 2 years, The Dyneema Project captured a double-digit percentage of the PR share of voice, competing with long-established and successful brands. It gathered the highest social media following and engagement within the overall organization.

A great example of creating impact with unique and quality content, instead of large media budget spending and PR strategy.
